If you have any size on your whatsoever then these really are not for you. I am 6'3" ~245lbs with about 18.5" arms flexed. These just barely fit around my arm. When I actually use them and bend my arm a bit they normally come flying off. The sender also decided to use USPS (despite hefty shipping charges) and require a signature so I had to play hide and go seek with the mail man for a couple of days until I called in myself and dealt with the horrid voice automated system that is the USPS. Not worth the added hassle of returning. This is why things like this should be bought at local stores if at all possible.
