I'm in the Army and currently deployed. I use this stool to sit on while I'm putting on and taking off my boots. That's what I bought it for. I wouldn't want to sit on it for hours at a time, but for giving the feet a rest every now and then, it does the job. It's compact, light, and convenient.

I bought this chair because it was basic, lightweight and at 10 bucks a great price. When I got the chair and opened it I was pleasently suprised at the quality of the fit and finish. Its got a nice velcro strap to keep it folded up, versus 99% of chairs that dont and you have to force them into their bags. The bag for it is basic as it needs to be, with a drawstring clip. The chair easily opens up, at first glance I thought the seating area looked fairly small, until I sat down and then I realized it was perfect. It reminded me of a very comfortable Schwinn bike seat. Very pleased and will be buying a few more.

I bought this for fishing, as my fishing spot is a bit of a hike from the parking area. It is easily carried along with my gear that I can traverse the trail unincumbered as I would with something larger. It is also comfortable enough for the time I spend fishing, about 4 hours from shore, though I do not stay seated for long. Well worth the investment.

I bought this stool for myself. My daughter has a stool from a different company and now wants this one. She plays many instruments at gigs, and with this stool she feels comfortable bending down to put down and pick up other instruments. She could easily fall when doing this on OTHER stools. It's comfortable, too. Quite portable. I just leave it in the back of my car, so I'm always prepared. This one is GREAT! And super price, too. I am buying one for her, as well.
